Care Watch / Care Management
Care Watch is about caring, friendly calls and watching your care!!! You receive in-home assessments to determine needs.   We provide on-going checks of seniors in their homes with follow-up.  We watch your care.

In-Home Care Program
Professional care assistants help seniors and disabled persons in their homes with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, errands and more, at an affordable private pay rate.  Home is where the heart is.

Healthy Aging Services
We provide blood sugar and blood pressure screening, hearing screening, foot care, walking group, exercise/fitness classes, flu shots, Visually Impaired Support Group (VIP'S), Alzheimer's Support Group, Lighter Club (weight loss support group), smoking cessation classes, Active Life Every Day Classes and much more.  Staying healthy longer.

Transportation
Ride Easy provides rides for Van Buren County seniors needing medical care. Transportation is provided through volunteer drivers, VB Transit and VBEMS.  Volunteer drivers are provided mileage reimbursement for their services.  Ride Easy!

Dreams for Seniors

This wish-granting program is for less fortunate seniors residing in Van Buren County.  This program focuses on celebrating seniors, granting their wishes, and making dreams come true.

Opportunities to Contribute and Volunteer
Community Connections provides opportunities for people to help seniors through volunteer activities.  Volunteers provide rides for medical appointments, help with minor home repairs and yard work, calls to home-bound seniors, help with respite care, and classes. Volunteers also help at special events and fundraisers.  Help with a giving heart.
