"Carewatch Program"
This program is dedicated to the idea that preventive care is a valid concept which can be helpful in promoting the welfare of the elderly.
The goal of Carewatch is to help extend healthy independent living as long as possible. A Case Manager personally evaluates, at no charge, a senior's needs with an initial home visit, then through phone contact as well as in home visits.
Appropriate recommendations for services are made. Volunteers are provided, if possible, for personal services not covered by other agencies. Each service area has a Case Manager. Please call the office for more information about this vital program. 269-637-3607 Back to, Carewatch |
