On January 1, 2006, Harbor View residents, Hattie Booker and her daughter Dorothy Small, along with their extended families from Indiana and Chicago hosted a New Years Dinner at Harbor View Apts. which included an open invitation to all Harbor View residents to attend.

What a special treat this occasion was for all in attendance! Great food, perfectly prepared in a spirit of friendship and love which shall always be warmly remembered. Thank you all so very much for such a wonderful beginning to our New Year,  The Harbor View Residents
