The Warren Senior Center is named in honor of Robert Warren.

Throughout the year we celebrate holidays and special times together.  Please check our calendar to see what is coming up. Some of the ongoing activities are:

Congregate Meal Site – Senior Nutrition serves lunch Monday through Friday at 12:00 noon. Please call to sign up a day before at 269-637-4493.

Knit 1 Chat 2 Club
This is one of our liveliest groups.  Whether you knit, crochet, needlepoint etc., you will enjoy spending time with this group.  K1C2 meets every Wednesday at 1:00 pm.  If you are just beginning and want to learn to knit, the group will be happy to teach you.

Quilt Club
Quilting is what they do – and WOW, what a great job they do!  On the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month they meet at 1:00 pm.  Newcomers are always welcome.

Computer Lessons
These are individual lessons which are suited to your needs.  Classes are scheduled every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Warren Center.  Please call 269-637-3607 or email Sandy Capps for an appointment.

Wii Games
Join us for a great time on the video game!  Bowling, Golf, Tennis or just some crazy games like cow racing will get you moving and having so much fun you won’t realize you are actually exercising!!

Bridge

Every Friday at 1:00 pm seniors gather to play the popular game of Bridge. Whether you are an experienced player, just beginning to play, or coming back to the game after many years, you are welcome to join this group.

Senior Supper

The last Wednesday of each month (except November and December) we gather everyone together for Supper.  We begin serving at 5:00 pm and ask that you call at least a week in advance to reserve your spot, 269-637-3607.

Van Buren Trekkers Transit Club Trips
Together with Van Buren Transit we offer very affordable day excursion trips.  We are presently scheduling two trips each month, one of which is to a casino.  Click on the link above to see upcoming trips.  Contact Sandy Capps, Activities Coordinator 269-637-3607.
